  • All Sales Are Final: Liquidation pallets are sold “as-is” with no warranties or guarantees on the condition, functionality, or completeness of items.

  • Returns/Refunds: We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless under the exceptions listed below.

2. Exceptions for Returns & Refunds

We will issue a return or refund only in the following cases:

2.1 Incorrect Shipment
  • If you receive an incorrect pallet, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the received pallet and shipping label for verification.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

2.2 Damaged in Transit
  • If the pallet arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days.

  • Provide detailed photos of the damage to both the pallet and packaging.

  • We will file a claim with the carrier and offer a refund or replacement based on the investigation.

3. Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

  • Pallets with missing or used items, as liquidation pallets may include open-box or damaged goods.

  • Items purchased under “clearance” or “final sale” promotions.

  • Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with the pallet contents.
